The 231 seal extension is used with the Low231 4.0:1 low range gear kit with automatic transmissions to position the seal of the automatic transmission properly against the transfer case. Description
The TJ transfer case lowering kit lowers the transfer case 1" to reduce driveshaft vibration caused by increased ride height in excess of two inches. This is especially useful for Jeeps that do not have adjustable control arms, or that have not installed a slipe yoke eliminator kit. This kit includes 6 lowering spacers and all necessary hardware. Note: shift linkage adjustment may be necessary.
